Day engine
Every rolling window recalculated at the moment you open the app.
The Schengen 90/180 rule is genuinely hard to count by hand — and getting it wrong risks fines, deportation, or a multi-year entry ban. Daysly does the maths exactly, and warns you before you're at risk.
Border intelligence
Daysly keeps every country, every allowance day, and every future decision connected to one exact timeline.
Sample itinerary. One shared 90-day pool across every Schengen state.
WHY IT'S HARD
Most people assume it's 90 days per year, or that the clock resets when you leave. Neither is true.
Same trips · different day
84 of 90 days used, 6 available.
Nothing about the trips changed — only which day it is. Drag the timeline: as France leaves the 180-day window, its 35 days come back to you. That is why a calendar can't tell you your allowance, and why the answer has to be recalculated every day.
You're allowed 90 days inside any rolling 180-day period. That period slides forward daily, so your allowance changes even on days you don't travel.
The day you arrive and the day you leave each count as a full day of presence, however short the visit.
An old day only frees up once it falls out of the trailing 180-day window — exactly 180 days after it happened.
Moving between Schengen countries changes nothing. France, Spain and Germany all draw on the same 90 days.
Separately, spending roughly 183 days in one country can make you tax-resident there — on your worldwide income. It is a different clock, running at the same time.
WHAT IT DOES
A deterministic engine with an exhaustive test suite, using date-only arithmetic so time zones and daylight saving can never shift a result.
Local reminders 14, 7 and 1 day before your allowance runs out, plus the exact date you need to be out by.
What Europe's digital border system means for your trips, how your count compares to the official one, and reminders before your ETIAS lapses.
Everything runs on your device. No sign-up, no network needed — open it at a border with no signal and the number is still right.
Attach boarding passes, tickets and photos to any trip, then export a dated PDF dossier for an immigration or tax adviser.
The UK Statutory Residence Test and the US Substantial Presence Test alongside 183-day watches for any country you choose.
Scan your calendar and see whether a planned trip would breach your allowance — before you book it, not after.
Ask in plain language. Every figure comes from the same engine as your dashboard; anything it can't verify, it refuses to state.

Trip simulator
Enter a proposed travel window. The console projects it against the 90/180 allowance as you type.
Simulation starts from a sample balance of 65 days already used in the window. Nothing is stored or sent.
Don't risk it
A fine, deportation, or a multi-year entry ban — all because of a miscounted day. The maths is genuinely hard, and the stakes are real.
PRIVACY
Daysly is local-first, not cloud-first with a privacy page bolted on. With no account and nothing switched on, the app makes no network requests at all.
Your travel history is stored in a database on your device. No analytics, no trackers, no advertising.
Backup and household sharing require an explicit sign-in. Until you ask for them, nothing is uploaded.
The assistant only talks to a server when you enable it — and you can supply your own API key so requests never touch our infrastructure.
Household sharing shows a partner your days used and must-leave-by date. Never the list of where you've been.

QUESTIONS
The 180-day window moves every day, so a static calendar can't show your real allowance. Daysly recalculates the whole window continuously and tells you the one date that matters: when you must leave.
Yes. The counter, your history, and all alerts work entirely offline. Only the optional AI assistant and optional cloud backup use the network, and both are off until you turn them on.
No. Daysly works fully without one, and you can buy Pro without one too — purchases are tied to your Google Play account. Signing in is only needed if you want backup or household sharing.
Visa-exempt visitors may spend at most 90 days inside the Schengen area within any rolling 180-day period. Both your entry and exit days count, and all Schengen countries share the same allowance.
Yes. Pro adds the UK Statutory Residence Test, the US Substantial Presence Test, and 183-day watches for any country. These are informational aids, not a substitute for an accountant.
The calculation engine is pure, deterministic, and covered by an extensive automated test suite including property-based tests. That said, rules change and your entries may be incomplete — always verify against official sources before travelling.
All local data is removed with it. If you enabled cloud backup, you can delete your account from within the app, which removes the cloud copy as well.
Android is available first. The app is built cross-platform, so an iOS release is possible later.
